Five Nations Arts prides itself on authenticity. The store was created to provide a market for local American Indian artists. All art items in the store and online are hand-crafted by members of the Five Nations (Chippewa, Sioux, Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara) and other Native artists of the region.
Because each item is unique, and because we have a real store with real walk-in customers, we can NOT guarantee that every product seen online is available at all times. If the exact item you order is not available, we will do the following:
- We will email you with information on similar items which may be available; but if we fail to arrange a substitute satisfactory to you,
- We will refund your purchase.
Five Nations Arts Refund Policy
Five Nations Arts stands by the quality of the products it sells. We pledge a 60-day money-back guarantee for all products sold online. If contacted for return authorization within 60 days, Five Nations Arts will pay shipping costs in addition to refunding purchase price. *This does not include special orders commissioned through phone or email contact with the store manager.* All products returned must be undamaged and with original packing material. CDs and videos must be returned unopened.
