At Five Nations, you’ll find exceptional and authentic craftwork of local Native Americans.  The arts and crafts you’ll discover range from jewelry and dream catchers, to fine sculptures and original oil paintings, from basketry made in traditional techniques and museum-quality quillwork to superior reproductions and contemporary fine arts which whisper of unique Native heritage. Five Nations Arts is the pride of Native people in the northern great plains. Skilled artisans from the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, Three Affiliated Tribes (Mandan, Hidatsa & Arikara) and the Lakota and Dakota
show expertise in each individual's style of traditional and contemporary art.

Five Nations Gallery and Gifts is housed in the old Northern Pacific Railroad Depot in historic Mandan, North Dakota. As a support leg for the Fort Abraham Lincoln Foundation, the staff takes great pride in finding and insuring that every piece of artwork is genuine and one of a kind. During the summer time the historic depot is alive with guests from all over the world who take home timeless Native artwork from the tribes of the upper Missouri River area.

Through Five Nations Gallery and Gifts you can also have your special peice of artwork specially made. For special order information please call Patty Schanandore at 701-663-4663.
